Enjoy breathtaking ocean and golf course views from this spacious vacation home, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to eight guests. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two sleeper sofas, the layout works well for families or groups traveling together.
The lower level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two twin beds), and a full bathroom. This level opens to the deck, where guests can use the propane barbecue and enjoy golf course views and wildlife sitings.
The main level features the living room and a designated desk area for remote work or trip planning.
The upper level contains the primary bedroom, which includes a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. This level provides added privacy and space for larger groups.
Washer and dryer are included as well as an outlet for an EV charger in the garage.
The home is approximately a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the clubhouse and BlueWater Bistro restaurant, offering convenient access to local amenities while maintaining a quiet setting.

We had an amazing time at The Lucky Heron in bodega bay. The home is located steps away from the beach with great views of the bay and the golf course. The home was clean and fully stocked. Would highly recommend.
We love the Bodega Harbour development and have stayed many times but this was the first time at the Lucky Heron house. It's in a great location. Lovely views of the ocean and on the golf course side we were treated to a variety of birds including a family of quail. It is a multilevel house so if stairs are a consideration it might be an issue for some folks. Furnishings are very comfortable. Beds were fine. House was very clean. Only real issue was a shortage of sleeping pillows for the beds. Some beds only had pillows in shams - which I don't consider pillows for sleeping and we could not find any extras stored else where. All in all we had a lovely time. Took walks and had plenty of room to spread out for TV watching, games, puzzles and reading. Space for everyone.
