This home has 3.5 Bedrooms plus loft, 2.5-bathrooms, 2-Queens, 1-full, 3-twins, spacious living room, beautiful kitchen and dining room, 1000 sq ft of wind free decks for entertaining with white water and harbor views.

The hot tub sits high above the bay with a 180 unobstructed water view, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, stereo w/CD, 2 TVs/DVD/VCR & cable, also unlimited NetFlix. House is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dinner and bake ware, blankets, linens, pillows, blankets and firewood. You'll find a trail to walk through the sand dunes to the secluded beach. .

Holidays are subject to 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays, and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% County Transient Occupancy Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $25 Processing Fee. No cleaning fees.
