Bodega Harbour North - Memory Maker is a beautifully appointed home that boasts sweeping ocean views. Located in the Bodega Harbour North Community in Bodega Bay on California's dramatic north coast. A well-equipped gourmet kitchen with Granite counter tops, Viking professional range, large stainless steel sink, & every gourmet accessory that you can think of! The beautiful, atrium dining area has plenty of room & will easily accommodate 10 people. The living room is just off the dining area and has a seating area facing the fireplace as well as a conversation area with chairs and counter height bar stools & high speed internet. Every room in the house has a television with cable and a VCR/DVD player. The Master Suite has a King size bed and a Queen size Aero bed. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen day bed and fabulous views of the beach. The loft upstairs room has a Queen bed and a twin daybed with trundle. Large back deck and patio with Hot Tub, table & chairs and propane BBQ.

Holidays are subject to 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays, and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% County Transient Occupancy Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $25 Processing Fee. No cleaning fees.
