The deck spans nearly the whole front of the house and has big ocean views. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms upstaris, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom downstairs. Also downstairs is a large den with pool table, wet bar flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and patio outside with a large hot tub. Mary's place is a great family home with plenty of room to spread out, and completely private upsatairs and downstairs areas.

Holidays are subject to 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays, and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates subject to 9% County Transient Occupancy Tax and 2% tourism assessment. Reservations subject to $25 Processing Fee. No cleaning fees.
